Representatives from 12 member countries’ magazines gathered on 26th February to discuss the various challenges facing their respective territories, and the way ahead for the alliance.

The meeting was opened by Meble Polska’s director, Josef Szyszka, who expressed his hopes that, having attended in person, the invited delegates would be better able to convey the show’s unique strengths to its various target markets.

Several members also took the stage in a panel discussion about international marketing strategies, and fielded questions on topics such as the need for clearer communication with clients, the importance of reputation over brand in B2B expansion, and the role of AI in journalism.

IAFP president Artem Vasiliev was also interviewed for a cover feature in the April issue of BIZNES, the alliance's Polish member magazine, which was instrumental in organising the press delegation.

Organised by MTP Group, Meble Polska 2021 will take place from 23rd-26th February.

The International Alliance of Furnishing Publications (IAFP) is an association of the foremost trade publications from each country, based on quality editorial content and on circulation.
