According to the president of the fair, Cacildo Tarsus, the result indicates a focused, assertive and beneficial event for the participants. In this edition, stood technologies never seen before and some of them received recognition by Innovation Award.

“Today, more than ever, it is necessary to seek and gain competitive differentiation. We add value to our products and services to ensure the survival of our businesses. This is how Fimma has contributed to the strengthening of the entire production chain for over twenty years,” he says.

An important instrument to promote new and creative products, the Innovation Award is considered a distinction before the furniture sector, companies and professionals. This year, 81 works were competing for seven prizes, distributed in the categories Exhibitor, Professional and Student.

This year highlight – beyond the amount of registered projects – was the companies commitment with the proposal to present truly innovative products, which was evidenced by the level of entries. “This accession confirms that the sector is focused on new concepts to add value to their products and seek creative solutions to present to the market,” says the Award coordinator, Renato Hansen.
